Table 17 of EN60950 defines maximum limits of earth leakage for various classes of appliances including Class II. You can have a double insulated appliance with a functional (not protective) earth which will have leakage. --Ali@gwc.org.uk 14:45, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
