Freighters, as the article states, are conversions of passenger aircraft. Cargo aircraft are generally those planes built specifically to carry large and bulky loads. This article is thus inaccurate, as an airmail aircraft could be considered a transport, but not a cargo. Of course these definitions are subject to interpretation.
