What is the DebConf Performing Arts?
It is an space inside DebConf for live presentations of performing arts
It is an one night event that will take place inside the DebConf schedule
- The event will be live streamed
Space and local
- One night event maybe during Cheese and Wine if all agrees
Event format
- Duration: 4 hours, divided in 8 slots
- With 5 minutes of interval in-between each slot
- Max: 8 performances, groups or artists
- Each artist plays 25 minutes (max) with 5 min interval
Infrastructure
- One projector
- If possible, One additional projector 2 to mirror the projection
- PA system
- Audio cables
- HDMI cables
- Microphone
- Physical area for people to attend the event
- If possible, area enough for people to stay stand up and options to seat down
- If possible, drinks and snacks for people attending the event
- Internet and live stream
