Background: I am a third year student at computer engineering department in Turkey. I have been using linux for three years. I am using C, C++, python and bash script on my projects. I have an experience with working an open source project link.
Project title Linux hardware support for one mobile device
Project details: There are many mobile devices in the world running some version of Linux. Unfortunately very few of them are supported by mainline Linux, which means installing Debian on them requires an unsupported version of Linux and sometimes an unsupported bootloader.
Synopsis: To make Debian compatible with an android device
Benefits to Debian This project will contribute debian to work on mobile devices which increase debian users on mobile world.
Deliverables: Linux mainline support for one device

Exams and other commitments: I have exams between 20May and 30 May.
Other summer plans: I am planning working on this project only.
Why Debian?: Debian is free, perfectly works on many devices and it is powerful OS.
