Description: Full writeup in MergeDerivedDistributions. Integrate info about more derivatives into UDD, the PTS, DDPO, wnpp pages (website, wnpp.d.n, bts page). Generate patches from the differences between Debian and derivatives. Add a derivs-alert script to devscripts. Replace patches.ubuntu.com with a Debian-run version since Ubuntu blacklists some packages. Gather a list of active sid-based derivatives. Generate some publicity on LWN and elsewhere to get the service used.
