The goal of this page is to add some patch to rollup in order to let the user/maintainer choosing the best tool for transpiling and easing backport
The control should use built profile js.transpile.tool like control
The rollup config should be patched in order to read the environment variables like patch
Last but not least rules should pass environment variable rules
