Gnome and uim
See InputMethodBuster#Gnome_and_non-ibus first.
As long as uim is the only installed IM framework, uim works as is. No special activation needed for each engine.
The start up speed of uim is intentionally slowed. So please expect to wait several seconds to get fully working uim.
