Turning the wiki into a giant "GetInvolved"
Hello,
I consider that the whole wiki should be turned into a giant "?GetInvolved" thing:
There is already the excellent Teams pages initiative (BTW, DD should update those pages more often).
The hardware related pages got much improved over the 2 last years, and many people now contribute the hardware pages (WiFI, DebianOn, DebianEeePC, etc...).
- Many various how-to are being contributed (choose/install software, etc..)
I am designing a new wiki front page (?FrontPageV3Sandbox and Developers front page DevelopersCorner), that focus on getting people involved. (The "first-click" level pages will have to be re-designed too).
I would be very pleased to get some feedback/contributions from you on how to improve the ?wiki front page, so it focus on giving hints on how to contribute to Debian.
The thing is to get people understand that "Yes, you can": This is all about free and open source software, you can contribute anywhere, you can contribute anything: Code, Documentation, Design, Music, I18n, Marketing, Law-advices, Video-recording, etc...
