OpenRCT2
OpenRCT2 is an open-source re-implementation of RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 (RCT2), expanding the game with new features, fixing bugs and raising game limits.
Installation
Ensure you have the contrib section of the archive enabled, then simply:
apt install openrct2
Installing Original Game Assets
You must have the original RCT2 game assets to play OpenRCT2. The easiest way is to either buy it from GOG.com, or fetch the demo version from https://openrct2.org/downloads/demo.
Beginning with version 77, game-data-packager can automatically package the original game assets from RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 (and RollerCoaster Tycoon: Loopy Landscapes / Corkscrew Follies) into nice Debian packages which will install the assets to a system-wide directory under /usr/share/games/, which openrct2 will automatically search on first startup.
