- planning the three tracks of the hackathon
- 30+ guests
- mostly beginners, most probably come from mac or windows background
- some will want to stay for lunch talk and the "how to install" portion only, because not all are coders
only 2 are "advanced users of FreedomBox"
- background in data science, entrepreneurship
- expect less than half to set up development environments

- installfest 30 minutes
- full room used for each track, one at a time
- for the development section, we can split people up into pairs to work together on issues
- development environment: works on mac, not sure if works on windows
- if they don't have experience with python or git, is there anything they can work on?
- Translations and changes to the website
- python, git, and django are required skills for contributing code during the hackathon
- ask if they want to only code on issues requiring python/git/django, or if they also want to learn about debian packaging
- danny will find out how many registrants want to stay for the installfest vs. the development tracks
- tell people to bring their own ethernet cords
Projector is available with HDMI, VGA and DisplayPort connectors
- We will setup an Ethernet LAN with some backup Ethernet cables
