The new "Debian Reference (v2)" is no more build from wiki. Source is available in DDP SVN
This "Debian Reference (v2)" focus on things not documented in each package or anywhere else. In other words, only big picture issues specific to the Debian user will be the focus. This way all new updates will not require updating this document.
