if the court of appeal was able to use the pratice statment as well as the house of lords, fair enough law reform would take place a lot quicker, but the united kindgon would have no last resort court to make an overall decision, and the hierarchy of the courts would be in disarray. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.144.161.178 (talk) 18:33, 2 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
