The Baltic Way comment is a little bit confusing, because it sounds as Soviet Union had an military invasion to the Baltic States in or after 1989, which would not be true statement. There was no military invasion to stop the declaration of independence. Except for Lithuania, where some people we're killed during a protest on a day now known as "Bloody Sunday", it was a peaceful transition. 71.102.73.206 11:42, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
