• Make the template work equally well for non-article namespaces? Done

• Resolve conflict between list and target parameters; the now-deleted Template:Tl had a probable solution.
• Merge (and/or nominate for deletion) Todo templates at Special:AllPages; Category:WikiProjects task lists, Category:Wikipedia pages with to-do lists; Template:Tl, Template:Tl

• Fix the problem with point lists and numbered lists in the inner argument (remedy: <span>inner</span>). See discussion.
• Add a default parameter that displays the date of last update, to help make it clearer when a use of this template is out of date
• When clicking on "more", the page that opens should also include items that are listed in the "To do list" box (where the "more" link is).
