Marriott AC/Element Hotel[8] 180 feet (54.9 m) 14 Hotel Topped Out 2026 43°36'58"N 116°12'26"W Dual-brand hotel consisting of 271 guest rooms - 149 for the Marriott AC and 122 for the Element. Shares the block with a proposed 36-39 story apartment building.[9]
11th and Front[9] ~420 feet (~128 m) 36-39 Residential Proposed 2029 420 units. Many details are still unknown, including the height, number of stories, and exterior design. [9]
