In what sense is this not an advertisement? User:Wetman

In the sense that, at least in the internet bookseller community, mxbf was an important milestone and powerful tool. Also, most any review of a book, movie, etc can be seen as an advertisement, are we to delete those? Elde 00:43, 12 Mar 2004 (UTC)

In what since is it an advertisement? It gives the history and ownership of a notable business, same as any other Wikipedia article. It neither promotes nor detracts. Softlavender (talk) 10:08, 15 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
