† A magnet link can be opened up in Limewire or Azureus. In order to use it for Limewire, you must associate Limewire with magnet links or Associate Azureus with them. Azureus, when installed, will be your default link handler. When you open Limewire and Azureus is installed, it will ask you if you want to have Limewire as the default link handler. A magnet link just is a link for torrent that azureus will recognize and will cause Limewire to recognize the file.
