Using the 'Notes' (ctrl+alt+E) feature found in Opera you can add common editing summaries, templates, tags, categories, etc. to the context menu. Just click ctrl+alt+E and then right click and select 'New note', then type in your text and it will be in your context menu under 'Insert note'. You can also arrange them into folders. This is faster than keeping all of your commonly used items in a box on a user sub-page.
