The puppeteer of Template:Checkuser is unknown, but this user's first edits were setting up an AfD for the NPOV policy, so I highly doubt they are a new user. New users tend not to have policy disputes, and for the minority that do, AfD is usually not something they know about. MSJapan 15:20, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
