  • Cautiously oppose. He seems like a fine user, but after looking at his talk page and a new subpage he created today regarding Paul Vogel (User:Rickyrab/ Rickyrab's Nonbinding Arbitration Forum, I'm just not certain that his interest in resolving disputes matches the current needs and mission of the committee.   • I'm not sure as I haven't seen any evidence that Rickyrab has been involved in trying to help out in disputes. Are there any examples you can provide Ricky? Angela. 07:22, May 5, 2004 (UTC)
