Script error: No such module "user". I have future intentions to request for adminship once my edit count is up to 2000 or so to make those picky about edit counts happy (my current edit count is 1224). I started editing regularly in November of 05 and my activities lately are mostly involved in dealing with disputes informally through the Mediation Cabal. I have shown a tendency to enjoy janitorial work, oddly enough, and should I eventually become sysopped I would work on helping the few people on requests for protection who are swamped with requests quite often. From time to time I revert vandalism and sometimes see people who could be sent to admins for blocking, though that would not be a major part of my adminship. Instead I would want to work more on RFP and redirects for delection (of which I still need more experience with, so I would only add my vote to things until I get more of a hang of it). I have also recently joined Esperanza and am working on a Smile campaign. I would like to know what areas I should improve on in the time it takes to contribute more to Wikipedia before my request for adminship. Thanks. Cowman109Talk 18:45, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

Reviews
- I'd like to see more differences between edits in Wikipedia, UT and article namespace. Computerjoe's talk 19:30, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
- Are you suggesting that I work more towards one in particular? Or are you just suggesting that I focus more on one namespace to show my intentions? Thanks for your help. Cowman109Talk 21:58, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- I am most pleased with my contributions to the Mediation Cabal, in which I have mediated many cases and have taken up the mop in keeping the case list organized. At one point in my editing history I had a burst of copy-editing as well, in which I took unclear articles and revamped them to make sense to normal English speakers.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- Being an informal mediator in the Mediation Cabal, I am usually the one trying to reduce the Wikistress of other users. I believe I am generally a laid back person and if any at all, the only Wikistress I have gotten is from being unable to help people to a certain extent when pages are being vandalized, and all I can do is sit back and inform an administrator. I enjoy helping people and am sometimes too empathetic for my own good. However, there was one conflict over at the Latino article in which people were arguing about the definition of the word Latino. The user who the community was trying to speak with concerning the issue, however, was unable to be contacted which left us in the dark about what to do. It took some time but the matter was finally solved when an administrator blocked the user in question for breaking the three revert rule and there has been little conflict since.
