The tower’s design is inspired by Kedah’s nickname, "Jelapang Padi" (the rice bowl of Malaysia), reflecting the region's paddy landscape. Its structure represents "Serumpun Padi" (tied rice clusters), and the large supporting column symbolizes "Tiang Seri," signifying the strength of the people of Kedah Darul Aman.[4][5]

Design
