The Inner Loop is a short controlled-access freeway (known as an expressway in most areas of New York) surrounding the downtown area of Rochester, New York. The southwest corner of the Loop runs along I-490, passing south of downtown Rochester. The remainder of the Loop is a 2.2-mile stretch of freeway signed simply as "Inner Loop," and listed on reference markers as state reference route 940T.
