- In addition, there is already an article on this topic at USA PATRIOT Act. You may not be aware of the rule Private Butcher refers to. Please see Wikipedia:No original research which sets out why original essays are not allowed. Now, if you happened to have verifiable information and can provide a source for that information, and it is not already included in the USA PATRIOT Act article, please by all means add it.
