Talk:Theme and rheme

Someone should look up what Theme vs. Rheme _is_, and then write a correct article. The old version was wrong, so it's been correct to merge the old one with Topic (linguistics), but the redirect is wrong. --Trickstar 12:36, 4 September 2005 (UTC)

As you can see in [1] which gives a brief outline on the definition of Theme and Rheme, it is said that a Topic _can_ be in Theme-position, but other elements like textual theme and vocative theme can be as well. --Trickstar 13:11, 6 September 2005 (UTC)
