OCT abbreviation

"An oxytocin challenge test (OCT) is sometimes performed afterwards". This PDF: http://www.stanfordhospital.com/pdf/shcApprovedAbbrev041103.pdf

Says that this abbreviation is dangerous and should not be used. I wonder why? Maybe the article should be changed not to offer this abbreviation.
