This article relfects only Korean chaebol and ultra-conservative's view, and needs re-working.
It is like telling "Watergate was a scandal perpetrated by reporters who employed anonymous source in order to disgrace Nixon." The single most important aspect of the whole scandal is that Samsung's absolute monarch CEO Lee Kun-Hee was exposed to have paid illegal political donation in the order of 10 million dollars to the Grand National Party.
