Repairs Made but page still has Issues

I stumbled on this page and added inline citations, so I removed Template:No footnotes tag. The page is now more encyclopedic, however it feels as though the problems remain following the vote for deletion in 2005... I feel perhaps it relies too much on references to primary sources?
