Merged into Time-division_multiplexing

I merged the content with some revision of wording into a section of its own in the TDM article and established this as a redirect. I felt that was a reasonable way to wipe the "insufficient context" tag while preserving access for readers ... as I am not knowledgable enough to expand the article intelligently.
