Usage
This template is intended to be used on Portal:Trains. It takes two parameters:
{{Portal:Trains/box-header| SECTIONNAME | PAGELOCATION}}
Replace SECTIONNAME with the name of the portal section as it should appear in the header. Replace PAGELOCATION with the section's subpage location for the edit link. If PAGELOCATION is omitted, an edit link will not be displayed.
