Several years ago in a Science Fiction Fandom Venue, there was a discussion

To call yourself an expert in topic-X
Cloning
Space Elevators
Time Travel
or whatever
what material (literature, reference works, film, etc.) should you be familiar with? What are the classics of this genre?

Well I think this same concept applies to some of the topics in Wikipedia. In addition to having a good Enclopaedic entry on any given topic, there could be direction given to potential students of that topic ... what ought you become familiar with?

This sort of thing might give a more experienced Wikipedian an idea for a Project. Me, I think this idea is bigger than anything I seen so far in this community.

To that end, a section of deliberate stubs.

What is this or that book about? What biases might the author have? What other works is it wise to read to get a balance between the various biases that are out there?
