The page is a shame given the history of this skateboarder
If at the very least, people could add in all the "citation needed" aspects. I am working on a significant rewrite, but there is so much this skateboarder has done, most of which, is all going to need citation. How do you go about stating something like "Muska brought Shorties (which also should have a page) from a bolt, bushings, and riser company into a modern skateboard company. How exactly do you cite that, even though very skateboarder going through that time would confirm it.
My friend grew up with Chad, before he was pro for Shorty's. There are relevant aspects of that part of his life to be told, though I can give no cite other than it is relatively common knowledge. Suggestions? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.164.173.161 (talk) 20:15, 28 May 2010 (UTC)
- He was Transworld Magazine's Skater of the Year in 1999, I believe. You can order a back issue of the magazine with his SotY interview if you want an official source to cite for biographical information. Wikipedia accepts magazine articles as valid sources if they're cited properly last I checked. He talks about his life growing up, being homeless as a teenager in Las Vegas, etc. I might still have a copy of this magazine lying around myself somewhere. I will look for it.
