History of the Ryukyu Kingdom
This article should be nominated. Very little has been published elsewhere on the rich history of the Ryukyu Kingdom. As it kind of overlaps with another article on Ryukyuan history: Ryukyuan history and Ryukyuans, some attention is also needed to bring the two articles under the same heading.

- strong object. Sorry, but there is a rather large amount of work needed before this article is FA-worthy. To start with: 1) there is no lead section. 2) there are no images. 3) cite your sources. 4) The The Origins of the Ryukyu Kingdom and its dynasties section is exactly one sentence and doesn't even list any of the dynasty names. 5) The External links section is longer than the rest of the article.
