It is presided over by a select group of officials who will hold their positions until Bell is disbanded. The Free Democratic Body of James Maxwell Bell is presided over by a committee of around 10 members which control the different departments of the state.

• Head of State: The Brain
• Secretary of State: The Conscience or the Soul (sometimes referred to as being above the Head of State)
• Spokesperson: The Mouth
• Department of Intelligence: The Eyes (2), the Ears (2)
• Department of Food: The Stomach
• Other Minor Departments: Other Minor Members
• Arbitrator: The Anus
