NATURE AND CHARACTER OF LEADERS;

Many would hold various thoughts and theories about what leadership is and how one can develop to become one.Sadly theorists dispute the two leadership aspects; 1. leadership is inborn- possibly this has been captured from some qualities and characters exhibited by some leaders and not not observed in others.Many would agree that leadership can be acquired but it would not be as much effective as compared to the inborn one.NOTE; this mostly associated with bloodline in ones family. 2.Acquired leadership- its also true that a person can be trained and can turn out to be an effective leader.hence its ideal to incorporate the two aspects — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lumumba Kimani Frank (talk • contribs) 12:45, 13 July 2014 (UTC)
