I suspect that Plym and Tamar have been decommissioned. Lynher was still in service as of May 2005. --bjh21 19:26, 2 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Contradictory wording

The sentence "The ferry boats are propelled across the river by pulling themselves on the chains;" looks wrong to me as propelling is the opposite of being pulled. "drive or push something forward"
