Move request

I don't see why the "The" is important; according to Wikipedia style, even the White House doesn't get a "the". See precedent set by Rule of Three, also (although in that case, there is also some spurious capitalization).

I would move the page myself, but I'm not a lawyer and maybe someone has a good reason to keep the "The" in the title of this page. Any takers?
