CB - disambiguation of Certified Body?

There are additional use for "CB" abbreviation that isn't mentioned - in regards to certification of products to IEC standards, a "CB Report", i.e a report issued by a "CB" - "Certified Body" (lab) to an IEC Standard, with the resulting report and certificates called a "CB Report" and "CB certificate" for a product.
