Duplication of {{add}}

This template duplicates Template:Tl:

nowiki not working

When I use this template on my talk page, the tildes are not litteral so instead of "-- ~~~~" I get "--Tiger Marc 06:07, 12 December 2005 (UTC)"

Could someone fix this? I don't know how to.
