This article seems to be discussing "social responsibility" as a certain variety of modern political agenda (e.g. "It aims to ensure secure healthcare for the people living in rural areas and eliminate barriers like distance, financial condition, etc.") rather than as a more general concept. Maybe it should be split off into something like "Social responsibility (political slogan)" with the more general concept of "Social responsibility" given by a disambiguation page or maybe a main-topic page. —Moorlock (talk) 02:49, 19 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

"Social responsibility" is a meaningless phrase designed to obfuscate. 2600:1700:8341:3100:8970:1380:D2DD:992E (talk) 22:01, 29 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
The article certainly doesn't say much about what Social responsibility (SR) is or how it manifests itself in society. It would be more complete with views of actual acts of SR, corporate or individual. IMHO the definition of SR should be unadulterated by political, scientific or commercial interests which are based on illegitimate requirements for behaviour change - such as shifting resonsibility for public services from the service provider to the customer or supporting change where benefits are one sided. IMHO SR should be about protecting communities from exploitation and bringing social benefits. Dixx (talk) 18:15, 13 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
