I like the idea behind this proposal. I'd suggest a wording to the effect of:

The Committee shall to defer all matters regarding all other Wikimedia Foundation projects that is not in its jurisdiction to the appropriate authority or authorities in place on that project.

as an Arbitration Committee may not exist on that project, and the wording without "Wikimedia Foundation projects" makes it sound as though we're going to find the appropriate authorities for any dispute that's brought before us, regardless of what it is or even if it involves Wikimedia or not. :) -- Grunt 🇪🇺 18:28, 2005 Mar 15 (UTC)
