Check for Accuracy: Duty of Executor to offer will for probat

I put in the bit about the executor being the person to offer the will for probate. If there are jurisdictions where this is not so, please indicate. Ellsworth 01:06, 6 Feb 2005 (UTC)

England and Wales Administration of Estates Act 1925

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administration_of_Estates_Act_1925 - not a very useful page ... so this article ought to have a link to the legislation -

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/Geo5/15-16/23/contents

- note the term " personal representatives " and the fact that the chattels in the estate devolve upon them from the death of the deceased etc DaiSaw (talk) 07:16, 7 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

I have added a link to the legislation article in the 'See also' list but unless you write the extra material you consider is needed, it won't happen. 𝕁𝕄𝔽 (talk) 10:13, 7 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
