There's some info on wikisource on the Relay program: A report on the first Relay communications satellite January 14, 1963 from the NASA FACTS collection. Pedant 07:52, 2004 Dec 30 (UTC)

Orbital information

The period is shown as 185 minutes (P63 of the NASA report), but the calculated time between broadcasts is about 210 minutes (P663 of the NASA report). I'm sure someone can figure out the 25 minute discrepancy, but for now my lack of knowledge about satellite orbits prevents me from understanding.
